Biography

As the senior technical advisor for food security at Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Dina Brick leads a team that coordinates the organization’s global response to food crises. At a time when global food insecurity is growing at an unprecedented rate, CRS’ team of agricultural and technical experts helps determine what's needed in local markets while making sure vulnerable populations can access affordable and nutritious food—especially during times of crisis.

With nearly two decades experience in the humanitarian and development sector, Dina has worked in more than 25 countries during her time at CRS, including time spent living and working in Haiti, Chad and Burundi. She specializes in technical assessments, project design, and management of cash- and market-based programs in humanitarian and development contexts.
